Visualizing Inclusion Based in Equity (VIBE) Consulting LLC led 39 restorative justice practitioners and community partners through training and a human centered design process to create a core DEI curriculum for all staff, volunteers and leadership within Vermont’s restorative justice organizations. Through the process, VIBE empowered our restorative justice community to center equity work through processes that foster ongoing training and deep reflection. You can read more about this in the Education & Training Final Report.
